Tuna Buns

Spicy Tuna Buns or any other fillings of your choice...

Ingredients:
300gm plain flour/bread flour
40 gm sugar
220gm of (1 whole egg) +water + 60gm whipping cream(add up all to make it to 220gm)
1 tsp instant yeast
30 gm butter
egg + water for glazing

1.     Bread maker knead. When dough comes together add in the butter. After kneading done, take out from machine and cut dough to 12 pcs..
2.    Shape dough to round balls. Flatten each ball and put in filling. Make into oval or round shape.
3.    Leave it to rise in a warm place for 1 hour or double in size..
4.    Glaze with egg mixture..
5.    Bake in oven 180c for 20-25 min till top is brown..
6.    Brush top of buns with some butter to make it shiny and silky...
