Coconut Buns


Using killer toast recipe however i shape it into 16 pcs...light and fluffy...

Bread dough:
260g bread flour
1 large egg (55-60g without shell)
100-110g milk
3g instant dried yeast
2g salt
30g sugar
30g butter(5 mins later)
1. Mix all the above till it become a dough
2. After 5 mins add in butter to smoother the dough
3. Rest the dough for an hour
4. Take out the dough and punch the air out
5. In a floured work space, divide the dough into 16 pcs and shape into round balls
6. Place the filling and shape into balls and place in a baking pan
7. Rest for another 30-40 mins
8. Bake at 180c for 20-25 mins depends on individual oven..
