Bee Hoon Soup

 Tis morning i thot of fry bee hoon, however my son said"mummy cook bee hoon soup"

 chopped onion leaves

chopped celery leaves

 fried red onion and garlic

 tis is bird's eye chilli

 outcome of my bee hoon soup....
i use the packet steambot mixture, add dry tauhu, prawns, minced meat, any kind of balls, oops can be meatball, fishball, prawnball, crabball, sotongball ....
