Sweet Corn Parfait


 Recipe from nestleclub.....have to use up tis nestle cream before it expires...



 Wat you need:
250 ml nestle all purpose cream
2 tbsp castor sugar
1/4 cup puree mango( i use sweet corn syrup)
2 medium ripe mango(i use sweet corn)
1 cup nestle cornflakes(i use koko crunch)

Procedure:
1. Whip together nestle all purpose cream, sugar and puree.
2. In a tall glass, arrange cream, mango and cornflakes in layers.
3. Chill before serving.
