90 gm butter
70 gm castor sugar
110 gm flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 egg grade A
50 ml fresh milk
3/4 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp mocha paste
Preheat oven at 180c. Line muffin pan with paper cup.
Beat butter with sugar, add in egg and beat till fluffy.
Fold in flour alternately with milk, mix well.
Fold in vanilla and mocha paste.
Spoon 3/4 full into the muffin cup. Sprinkle with almond nips and chocolate chips.
Bake for 20-25 mins.
