Moist Chocolate Cake



 Heart shape pan
 Topping with chopped walnut
 Side deco with chocolate rice




 very moist.....yum...yum

wat u need:
2 cups castor sugar
2 cups flour
3 eggs(grade A)
1 cup cocoa powder
1 cup fresh milk
1 cup oil
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp soda bicarbonate
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence

Ganache:
1 cup whipping cream
250 gm cooking chocolate
1 tsp melted butter


1. Sieve flour, cocoa powder, soda bicarbonate, baking powder.
2. Beat sugar and eggs till stiff, add essence
3. Fold in milk and oil, mix well
4. Fold in sieved ingredients.
5. Lastly pour in hot water.
6. Bake for 1 1/2 hrs at 170c.

For ganache:

1. In a pot, pour in whipping cream, when boil, off fire and fold in cooking choc and butter.

2. Pour ganache on top of the cake and put to the fridge for 30 mins.
3. Decorate as you wish.
